Inspiring you to be more grateful each day

Hope you’re smiling as you’re reading this.

Is there a passion project you’d like to launch but it’s taking you too long to take action?
I hope this newsletter will inspire you.
This may be the sign you’re looking for to finally get the needle moving.
I also received some good news last Friday night. I’ll share it in the announcement πŸ™‚

Let’s dive in to our Story, Highlight, and call to Action for the week πŸ™‚

STORY

In 2020, I had the idea to host a new podcast. Two weeks later, we launched The Author’s Voice Podcast.

That same year, I decided to host another podcast for Catholic Singles. About three weeks later, we launched the Joy & Peace Podcast.

We were fast, thanks also to my team.

Later on, I was invited to speak about podcasting and specifically how to launch a podcast in 30 days.
This was the topic I delivered when I spoke at a global convention for speakers in France (in-person) and Singapore (virtually).

After more than a year of hosting these two podcasts simultaneously, I temporarily stopped producing podcast content and focused on other things.

The Search for My Essence & Core Message

There was something I wanted to zero in on. I wanted to be crystal clear about my core message that would unite all my other messages.

I wear many hats — author, speaker, book writing coach, YouTuber, blogger, online course creator, online summits creator, etc.
In terms of talk topics I give, I got invited to speak on the following topics: financial management, gratitude, happiness, goal setting, etc.

When I give talks, I make sure I’m not just the messenger, but I’m also the message. Which means, I ‘talk the walk.’ All these hats and topics resonated with me but I felt like I was all over the place.

Thank God, He sent me three of the world’s best coaches, speakers, and friends who helped me uncover my essence and my core message. I want to honor them also through this newsletter.

My friend Coen Tan gave me the moniker The Possibility Igniter.

He said, “Sha, when you think of doing something, you make it possible and you also inspire others to make things possible for them.”

Context: Writing books and teaching people how to write books; doing music videos, etc.

In May 2022, I received coaching from Brenda Bence, one of the world’s top 10 branding experts and executive coaches.

She helped me uncover my three key words: Inspiring Fearless Possibilities.

Two months later, Fredrik Haren, a top global speaker, also coached me one-on-one, and he helped me uncover my signature keynote, “The Power of Being Seen” which I have delivered to audiences in the Philippines and the Maldives in-person. The largest audience I shared this with was 8,000 people in-person.

I gained clarity about my core umbrella message that aligns with both my B2C and B2B audiences. It’s sooooooo freeing!!!

Not only did they help me gain clarity on my essence and my core message, they also helped me uncover my mission in the workplace:
“Inspire fearless possibilities in leaders and organizations by helping them build a culture where everyone feels safe, seen, and appreciated.”

When they shared those words with me, I cried because everything they said deeply resonated with me.

It’s as if the message was right under my nose; I just couldn’t see it.

It took three great mentors/coaches to help me ‘see’ it.

The Launch of My Newest Podcast

In the last quarter of 2022, the thought of resuming podcasting crossed my mind. I conducted polls and asked my Facebook and LinkedIn connections which podcast title they found most catchy. I also spoke with my mentors and friends and bounced my ideas off of them. However, I kept postponing it because I was searching for the perfect name and tagline for the podcast.

On May 2, 2023, I told myself, “When did I become a perfectionist? I strive for excellence, not perfection.”

On that same day, I finally decided to take action on my podcast.

Exactly 14 days later, the Fearless Possibilities Podcast was launched on Spotify.

Super thanks to my team for helping me out.

The Fearless Possibilities Podcast aims to inspire leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals like you to turn uncertainties into opportunities and unleash your untapped brilliance.

I was chatting with my friend Coen a few days ago and he said something that shocked me. His feedback was so raw, I cried!

Let me share our conversation here, with his permission.

I knew the podcast was great! *wink wink

I just didn’t realize it was thaaat GREAT! Naks! (Thanks, Coen!)

Our friend and fellow speaker, Srijata, who was part of the group chat, was in a different time zone. When she woke up and went online, she also had great words…

Don’t you just love to be part a supportive community?

HIGHLIGHT

When you are crystal clear with your message and you make a decision to act on it, things can move very quickly!

Call to ACTION

Is there a passion project or business you want to launch?

Why aren’t you launching it yet?
Who are the people you need to talk to?
Who are the mentors who can help you?
What course do you need to enroll in?

Don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you start.

Launch imperfectly and tweak along the way.

P.S.1 I look forward to serving you through the Fearless Possibilities Podcast! If this podcast resonated with you, please share it with a friend. Take a screen shot or photo of the podcast and share on your favorite social media platform. Tag me on Instagram. My handle is sha_nacino.

P.S.2. I’ve spoken to many corporate leaders who have expressed a disconnect between the leadership team and employees. Employees feel unseen, while the leadership team struggles to understand their team members. This leads to low employee engagement, decreased productivity, and increased stress among leaders. If this is a concern in your company, I would be delighted to assist you. Visit https://www.shanacino.com/ or book a free call with me at https://shanacino.com/call.

Special Announcement

I was shortlisted for the Speaker Awards happening in London in July 2023. My heart is so happy and I want to share my joy with you!!!

Here’s the email I received last Friday night.

Whether I win the grand award or not (which will be announced in London), I am very happy I got shortlisted. Speaking is so much fun for me, so is writing weekly TuesDate newsletters, and recording podcasts. I spent a good hour just being grateful that I get to do this kind of work, which I don’t even see as work. I see it as a beautiful, exciting, and meaningful mission. I’m equally grateful to have a solid team who shares our mission.

If you’re reading this, THANK YOU for being part of my network,

I appreciate you! What a joy and a privilege it is to interact with you and serve you.
